TRAINING STYLES

Here we will describe some of the training styles that the team at KINETIK practices themselves, and which we know contain a lot of quality and efficiency. In addition, they all have in common that they are particularly well suited for training with weight vests, including our professional weight vest KINETIK VX1.

Calisthenics
Calisthenics is a functional strength training form that trains the body's large muscle groups in combination with skills such as balance, agility and coordination. Calisthenics has many advanced exercises, but in its simplest form provides a solid and complete strength training.

In Calisthenics, exercises are performed in sets or series, and there is also a high focus on exercises being performed with correct form. The training form contains both dynamic and static exercises, and therefore requires flexibility in the training equipment used. KINETIK VX1 is ideal for Calisthenics, as the weight vest is both flexible, durable and adjustable.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT is an intense form of training, focusing on strength, speed and explosiveness. The training strengthens your fitness and endurance, and the duration of a workout is usually between 15 - 30 minutes.

In HIIT, the dynamic and explosive exercises are performed in series, with short breaks between each exercise. KINETIK VX1 can be adjusted before training to a weight load that is appropriate for all the exercises in the series, and its perfect fit means that it sits close to the body, both for jumping and exercises performed horizontally on the floor.

Running & Walking Training
Running and walking are two functional forms of exercise that support the body's most essential movement patterns. The forms of exercise have a long list of health-promoting effects, and continuous running and walking training will strengthen both your fitness, endurance and motor skills.

    The two forms of training can be practiced as part of one's strength training, and weight vests are ideal for creating variety and maximizing the effect of your traditional running and walking training. KINETIK VX1 will significantly increase the intensity even with a low weight load.

    Gymnastics Rings & Sling Trainers Training
    Gymnastics Rings Training & Sling Trainer Training are two strengthening forms of exercise that, with the body acting as the primary weight load, strengthen the body's balance, stability and coordination.

      The two training methods contain an infinite number of combinations of exercises that easily and effectively provide a complete full-body workout. KINETIK VX1 can be used for virtually all ring and sling trainer exercises, creating a massive variety and increased effect of the different exercises.
