RUNNING

Distance running:
Distance running is a type of running where you cover long distances over a period of 30 - 120 minutes. Distance running can be done as either continuous running or interval running.

Interval running:
Interval running is a type of running where you repeatedly, and over time, perform short or long periods of running and rest.

Sprint:
Sprinting is a high-speed form of running that focuses on speed and power, and is typically performed over shorter distances, with the runs typically lasting between 1 - 5 minutes with a total distance of 10 - 200 meters.

Strength training and cardio training, including running, have a wide range of benefits for both body and mind. Regular exercise not only contributes to one's physical well-being, but also to one's mental health. Through exercise, not only does focus and mental clarity improve, but the physical exertion also acts as an effective stress-reducing method, releasing endorphins and increasing feelings of well-being.
