Payment
KINETIK accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Anyday & Viabill.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly payment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of 39 kr will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will end.
ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000, and amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. Read more about Viabill here: https://viabill.com/dk/legal-viabill/
When purchasing with Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid off over the following 3 months. We do not charge card fees, and the amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.
Freight
KINETIK strives to ship an order so that it will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering, within 1 - 2 days in Denmark and 3 - 5 days in Europe.
We ship every weekday with GLS. If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location - which you will be notified of.
Shipping is free for deliveries to parcel shops, for home delivery and delivery to businesses the price is 39kr. in Denmark, and 5€ in Europe.
We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and European islands.
Satisfaction Guarantee
As a consumer, you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee when you shop with us.
The satisfaction guarantee expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of multiple lots or parts, the satisfaction guarantee expires 30 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kinetik@kinetikshop.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of parts of a purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. This does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method that we offer.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact kinetik@kinetikshop.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
The Danish House of Representatives, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for the Danish House of Representatives .
In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with KINETIK and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
The data controller at https://kinetikshop.dk is KINETIK.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
