This HIIT Workout is an intense and dynamic strength training, focusing on strength and endurance. The exercises are all performed with a weight vest on, and in series with quick transitions from exercise to exercise.
Each series consists of 3 cardio exercises + 3 strength training exercises, with a break of 1 - 2 minutes between series.
Information & Preparation:
- KINETIK VX1: 5 kg Weight load
- 5 x Series: 3 Cardio Exercises + 3 Strength Training Exercises
- 1 - 2 Minute break between sets
- 15 - 30 Minute workout
HIIT WORKOUT #1
Cardio + Strength #1:
Jumping Jacks x 5

Spiderman Push-Ups x 6 (3 Left + 3 Right)
Cardio + Strength #2:
Jumping Jacks x 5
+
Jump Squats x 5
Cardio + Strength #3:
Jumping Jacks x 5
+
Plank Walks x 6 (3 Left + 3 Right)

Perform the series x 5

Adjust the weight load in the weight vest, as well as the number of repetitions and sets, to suit your level. For more progression and variety, you can replace individual exercises with a similar variation that suits the muscle group in the series over time.
